Michael Unetich is the vice president of cryptocurrencies at Chicago-based Trading Technologies International (TT). Unetich rejoined TT in September 2017 after serving as the president and chief operating officer of TIP Solutions Inc., a technology company building innovative software and firmware applications for the smartphone industry.
In his current role at TT, Unetich leads the company’s effort to connect with cryptocurrency exchanges and provide professional-grade technology for accessing cryptocurrency markets.

Unetich was a co-founder and CEO of TickIt Trading Systems, founded in 2009. TickIt was acquired by Trading Technologies in June of 2010.[1] Unetich worked at TT for 18 months as the product manager overseeing the post-acquisition integration of the TickIt system into TT’s global trading platform.
Unetich also served as president of Unetich Trading LLC (UT), a Chicago-based proprietary trading firm that specialized in interest rate futures at the CME Group.
Before starting his own firm, Unetich spent eight years at DRW as a both a trader and risk manager, and traded in markets including 10-year Treasury note options and both equity and equity index options.
