Oliver Albers is head of global sales and account management for Nasdaq Global Data Products. His team is focused on creating real-time and historical data products that provide market transparency to institutional, retail and individual investors. Albers and his team are responsible for providing consultative services to a diverse client base and for managing relationships with data subscribers.
Albers joined Nasdaq in 2001. He has assisted with the launch of the Nasdaq Closing Cross and the subsequent development and distribution of Net Order Imbalance Information. He aided in the strategic development and introduction of Nasdaq Basic and oversaw the launch of Nasdaq Last Sale, which has transformed online distribution of stock prices to the public.
Albers holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Ohio University and a Masters in Business Administration from The George Washington University.
