Peter Hiom
Peter Hiom is an industry partner at Motive Partners, a global investment firm he joined in July 2021. Earlier, he was deputy CEO of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) from July 2006 to July 1, 2021. He resigned in 2021. [1][2][3] Background[edit]Before being named deputy CEO of ASX in July 2006, Hiom was group executive for business development for the ASX from 2006 to 2010.[4] He also served as executive general manager of business development for the Sydney Futures Exchange (SFE) from 2003 to 2006. He was general manager of product development of the SFE from 2000 to 2003. He also held the position of general manager of strategic planning from 1998 to 2000 at the SFE. Additionally, prior to joining SFE, Hiom held various management positions at the London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE) from 1989 to 1998. Education[edit]
