Phil Pendergraft is the former chief executive officer and chief operating officer of Penson Worldwide, Inc., and was an executive officer and member of the board of directors of most of the Penson companies.[1]
After stepping down as CEO and COO of Penson Worldwide, he became a non-paid, non-executive chairman of the company’s Penson Financial Services and Nexa Technologies subsidiaries.[2]

Pendergraft co-founded Penson Financial Services Inc. with Daniel Son in 1995. He has 20 years experience in the securities industry, primarily with correspondent clearing firms based in Texas. He has held management positions in operations, finance, trading, sales and technology development.
