Raymond Tamayo[1] is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at OCC.[2] He joined OCC in 2010 and is responsible for all Technology Services.


Previously Tamayo served as Director of IT development and infrastructure management for the Commercial Business and Leasing Group at Citigroup and has over 20 years of experience in management-level IT and operational positions. Before working at Citigroup, he founded a start-up management consulting firm. Prior to that Tamayo served in many capacities at HSBC Securities including Managing Director and Chief Information Officer.


He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Marketing from Boston College.
