Roger Perkin is chairman of the audit committee of Tullett Prebon. He joined the board on 1 July 2012.
Background[edit]
Perkin spent 40 years in the accounting profession and is a charted accountant. He was a partner at Ernst & Young but retired in 2009. Throughout his career, his focus was on financial services clients in disciplines including fund management, banking and private equity. Perkin was a director of Evolution Group plc from 2010 to 2011. He was also a lead auditor of UBS from 1998 to 2005. [1]
Perkin is a non-executive director and chairman of Audit Committee for Nationwide Building Society and Electra Private Equity plc.[2]
Also, Perkin is a trustee of two charities, Chiddingstone Castle and Crime Reduction Initiatives.[3]
