The SPDR Barclays Capital Long Term Credit Bond ETF measures the short term fixed rate, investment grade debt issued by foreign governments of investment grade countries. It uses a strategy based on the price and yield performance of the Barclays Capital 1-3 Year Global Treasury ex-US Capped Index. It was available for trading at NYSE Euronext on March 11, 2009. [1]
