Steve Woodyatt is the CEO of Datarwe, a data platform for medical innovation.[1] He took over that role in February 2019. He is also director at SSI Investments, starting in 2017.

He was the founder, chairman and CEO of Object Trading, which was bought by Vela Trading Technologies in 2017. [2][3][4]

Background[edit]

Before launching Object Trading, Woodyatt was the chief executive of an alternative investment fund manager. His background includes operational experience in trading and automated trading system development for CTAs and hedge funds where he gained experience resolving trade execution issues. Those experiences would lead Woodyatt to develop would become Object Trading's FrontRunner suite.[5]

Woodyatt has held non-executive director positions on numerous technology companies servicing the banking and finance industry.

He is also a member of the Securities Institute of Australia and the Futures Industry Association.

Education[edit]

He received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Queensland and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
