Stuart M. Bourne is managing director, global head of prime services at Bank of America. He has worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch since 2013, first in London and later in New York as managing director, head of Americas Prime Brokerage.[1] Bourne's current position includes responsibility for options clearing and prime brokerage.

He was named a member director of OCC's board of directors in 2019. [2] [3]

At the stockholder meeting on April 29, 2022, Bourne was elected a Class III Member Director at the OCC for a term ending in 2025.[4]
