Susan Lester serves as an adviser to Pac West Bancorp (PACW) and Arctic Cat Inc. (ACAT) and is a member of their respective boards of directors and chair of their audit committees.


With nearly 30 years of banking and mortgage banking experience in the financial services sector, she was most recently director at Lender Processing Services. Prior to that Lester served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Homeside Lending, Inc.; a $35 billion production mortgage banking operation and subsidiary of National Australia Bank. Before her role with Homeside Lending, Inc., she was executive vice president and chief financial officer of U.S. Bancorp/First Bank System where she was responsible for management of financial and administrative functions for an $80 billion financial services firm.


Lester has a B.S. from the University of Dayton and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
