TMX Group Limited is an integrated, multi-asset class exchange group. It was formerly Maple Group Acquisition Corporation and TMX Group Inc.[1][2]
TMX Group Limited received conditional approval in 2012 to list its shares on Toronto Stock Exchange. Listing of TMX Group Limited shares on Toronto Stock Exchange was subject to the satisfaction of the applicable conditions on or before Oct. 2, 2012.
