Tim Cartledge is global head of FX of EBS BrokerTec, which is owned by NEX Group.[1] He has been in that role since February 2017.

He joined EBS BrokerTec as chief strategy officer in November of 2015.

Background[edit]

Before joining BrokerTec, Cartledge was head of global fixed income currencies and commodities electronic trading at Barclays Bank from 2014 until May 2015. Between 2004 and 2014, he held various positions as managing director at Barclays Capital, where he was responsible for building Barclays’ electronic FX business. He previously held roles at Dresdner Bank, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.[2]

Education[edit]

Cartledge received a BA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
