Background Tock is a former chief regulatory officer for both the Asia Pacific Exchange and the Singapore Mercantile Exchange/ICE. Previously, Tock served as head of compliance for the Singapore branches of the Bank of China and the State Bank of India, in addition to the Bank of Novia Scotia.
