Todd Borneman is a New York-based exchange executive who serves as Nasdaq's head of data products.[1]

Background[edit]

Borneman joined the Philadelphia Stock Exchange in 2003 and then Nasdaq in 2008, when PHLX was acquired by Nasdaq. He was director of listings for PHLX.[2]

With Nasdaq, he was director of product management before moving to his current position of associate vice president head of data services for the Americas.

Borneman has also been with The Vanguard Group as a team leader in their direct investment services group.
