TradeStation Group Inc. operates an electronic trading platform. TradeStation Securities is the company's primary operating subsidiary, offering the company's brokerage platform to traders and institutional markets as a licensed securities broker-dealer and registered futures commission merchant.
TradeStation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Monex Group, Inc., one of Japan’s largest online financial services providers. It also operated a technology subsidiary, TradeStation Technologies, which develops strategy trading software and subscription services.

In July 2019, the firm announced a new product called TradeStation FuturesPlus, which includes technology from Trading Technologies. The new trading platform offers options-on-futures tools, visualization and analysis.[1]
