U.S. Futures & Options Company was a Chicago-based Introducing Broker and member firm of the Chicago Board of Trade owned by the late John H. (Bud) Frazier, Jr.
The firm was licensed in August of 1992 by the National Futures Association.[1]
It had clearing arrangements with First Options of Chicago and Rand Financial.
The firm collapsed into bankruptcy in July of 1993 when several accounts of one broker went debit during the volatile agricultural markets associated with the floods of 1993 in the U.S. Midwest.[2]
