The West Africa Commodity Exchange is a proposed regional platform for trading agricultural commodities, including maize and millet. The exchange aims to introduce over-the-counter contracts ahead of the launch of an electronic futures platform to run parallel with OTC trading. and is seeking partnerships for both ventures.[1]
