Young-Jin Chang is global head of metals at CME Group.[1] She was previously executive director, industrial metals products for CME Group and earlier was associate director, metals research and product development. [2] She joined the CME in 2011.

Chang was previously a ferrous alloy trader at the David J. Joseph Company from May 2006 to March 2011.
