29West was technology company offering low latency message applications to the financial services industry. It was acquired by Informatica in 2010.[1]
Their stated goal was to "build the highest throughput, lowest latency, most stable messaging product for the financial markets." It was acquired by the data integration company Informatica Corporation in 2010.[2]

29West was founded in 2002 by Mark Mahowald and Todd Montgomery.
Products and Services[edit]
In 2004, the firm introduced Latency Buster Messaging and took on their first client. 29West offers the Ultra Messaging product suite of Latency Busters Messaging and Ultra Messaging for the Enterprise.
