Adam Kansler is a managing director and the chief administrative officer and general counsel at Markit.[1][2]

Kansler manages Markit's legal and regulatory compliance matters, but is also involved in corporate strategy, regulatory and governmental affairs, corporate communications and human resources.
Before Markit, Kansler was a law partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, a global law firm headquartered in New York, with a focus on private equity and the financial services industry.
