Adam Kansler is a managing director and the chief administrative officer and general counsel at Markit.

Kansler manages Markit's legal and regulatory compliance matters, but is also involved in corporate strategy, regulatory and governmental affairs, corporate communications and human resources.
Before Markit, Kansler was a law partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, a global law firm headquartered in New York, with a focus on private equity and the financial services industry.
