Ade Cordell is a London-based listed derivatives exchange executive who serves as the president of Cboe NL.[1][2][3][4][5] Cordell was originally hired by Cboe as head of business development for Cboe Europe.[6]

Background

Cordell joined Cboe Europe from Intercontinental Exchange where he served as global head of equity derivatives for ICE Futures Europe.

Prior to joining ICE in 2002, Cordell spent two years with Deutsche Bank as vice president, global equities e-commerce.

He has also worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson as a manager for global equities and at Credit Suisse First Boston as assistant vice president for new business.

He has worked in London, New York and Hong Kong during his career.

Cordell started his career in London with BZW (Barclays de Zoete Wedd) as a finance executive.

Education

Cordell holds a MSc in the field of international strategy and diplomacy fromThe London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He also holds a masters of business administration from the Cass Business School in the field of electronic business.
