Tupper was the president of ICE Trade Vault until 2016. He was promoted from the position of vice president[1] of Trade Vault on June 4, 2012.[2]
Prior to his work at Trade Vault, Tupper worked on the market development team at ICE eConfirm.

Bruce graduated from the Emory University School of Law, where he received his Juris Masters degree. Prior to this, Tupper completed his studies at the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. [3]
