Henry Derwent is president and CEO of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) starting in February 2008.[1] He replaced Andrei Marcu.

Derwent is former director of Climate, Energy and Environmental Risk at the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,(Defra), the lead UK Department on climate policy and sustainable energy, including energy efficiency.[2]
