A monthly cash settled Exchange Futures contract based upon the mathematical result of subtracting the monthly price published by NYMEX for the Fifth Nearby Month, as specified in Reference Price B, from the monthly price published by NYMEX for the First Nearby Month, as specified in Reference Price A.
