ICAP Securities USA LLC is a unit of ICAP Plc.[1] The ICAP Metals Group offers clients clearing and execution services in the wholesale base metals marketplace plus screen interface providing direct access to LME Select for futures forwards and spreads.[2]

In October of 2009, a so-called Wells notice stated that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was recommending enforcement action against ICAP Securities USA LLC for possible violations of federal securities laws. The notice involved an investigation that had been progressing since 2005, ICAP said.[3]
