He is responsible for the growth of BGC's carbon business in North America, including markets in California, Quebec, and Ontario as well as for the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.[1] He is based in San Francisco. Background[edit]Before joining BGC, Battaglia served for eight years as a director in carbon markets at Evolution Markets in San Francisco.
