John Palmer is a New York-based exchange executive who serves as the president of Cboe Digital. He was previously director of product strategy for Cboe.
Palmer joined CBOE when it acquired BATS, where he was in a product strategy position. He previously served as director of product management for the International Securities Exchange, now part of Nasdaq.
He has also been a software engineer with Orc Software.
Palmer holds a bachelor of science in the field of finance and economics from the University of Mount Union. He also holds a masters degree in financial engineering from Kent State University.
