John Palmer

John Palmer is a New York-based exchange executive who serves as the president of Cboe Digital.[1] He was previously director of product strategy for Cboe. Background[edit]Palmer joined CBOE when it acquired BATS, where he was in a product strategy position. He previously served as director of product management for the International Securities Exchange, now part of Nasdaq. He has also been a software engineer with Orc Software. Education[edit]Palmer holds a bachelor of science in the field of finance and economics from the University of Mount Union.
