Jos Dijsselhof is an exchange executive who joined the SIX Swiss Exchange as CEO on Jan. 1, 2018. He replaced Urs Rüegsegger, who announced his retirement in May of 2017.

Dijsselhof was previously the chief operating officer of Euronext.

He served as interim CEO of Euronext until Stephane Boujnah took over as CEO. Dijsselhof joined Euronext as chief operating officer in June 2014 and was appointed interim CEO in May 2015 after the departure of CEO Dominique Cerutti.[1] [2]

Background[edit]

Before his appointment as COO of Euronext, Dijsselhof was a general manager at Australia and New Zealand Bank in Singapore. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has worked in Europe and Asia institutions including Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN Amro Bank.[3] [4]

Education[edit]

Dijsselhof earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Stenden University of Applied Sciences and an MSc in business administration from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.[5]
