Julie Ros
Julie Ros is a journalist, entrepreneur and strategic advisor who is the principal of JAM Media LLC. She is also a strategic advisor for the Foreign Exchange Professionals Association (FXPA). Ros is also a freelancer for John Lothian News. She was the founder and editor-in-chief of Profit & Loss Magazine, which ran from 1999 to 2020.[1][2] Background[edit]Ros was the founder of the Foreign Exchange Professionals Association, a Washington, DC-based industry association for the $7.5 trillion/day institutional FX market, and continues to serve it as a strategic advisor. She is also the principal of JAM Media LLC, offering writing, editing, public relations, marketing, research and analysis and event production in the financial markets, FinTech and digital assets space. She previously was the fractional chief marketing officer for FX HedgePool. She was a marketing consultant to Genesis, offering marketing, research and analysis for the digital asset trading company.[3] In 1999, she founded Profit & Loss Magazine, a global monthly financial FX magazine. Profit & Loss would also produce FX-centric events.[4] Before founding Profit & Loss, Ros worked at Waters Information Services, now Incisive Media, as the London Bureau Chief.
