In his role as COO, Petri managed the daily operations and led the financial engineering staff of the firm.  Petri began his career working as a research staff member at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and went on to hold a number of advanced positions including Quantitative Trading Lead at Jump Trading, as well as Quantitative Researcher at Citadel Tactical Trading. Petri received his MA in Mathematics from University of Helsinki, Finland, and his PhD in Mathematics from the Courant Institute at New York University.

Craig joined Ketchum Trading in September 2009 and served as Chief Technology Officer. In his role, Craig focused on providing and managing technology for the firm, market access, exchange relations, and acted as industry liaison.  Prior to working with Ketchum, Craig ran a software company that provided market making systems for equity options market makers.    Craig began his career at MCI Telecommunications, with responsibility for running the national quality assurance lab, and then went on to serve as Vice President of Systems Integration for Chicago Research and Trading. Craig joined Hull Trading Company and continued his work in software development and IT before moving on to Perot Systems, a direct contractor for Swiss Bank, in the capacity of IT security.
