Background Before LayerOne, Zasky spent nine plus years as a partner and head of investment banking with SenaHill Partners LP, an investment, operations and advisory services company founded in 2013. Zasky serves on several boards of directors, most recently with Tradelegs LLC, a developer of an artificial intelligence financial technology intended to create custom options strategies, and with Untapt, a financial services staffing service.
