Madeline Boyd is a New York based trader and entrepreneur who was the president of the NYMEX Charitable Foundation, a position she has held since 2004. She also served as chairman of the NYMEX Charitable Assistance Fund. 
In 2004, Boyd was appointed senior vice president of External Affairs of NYMEX Holdings, Inc. Boyd was a Class A member of NYMEX from 1984 to 2003, and served as a director of NYMEX Holdings from 1998 to 2003, and on the NYMEX executive committee from 2000-2001. She was a gasoline trader on NYMEX from 1987 to 2003.
While a NYMEX member, she served as Chairman of the NYMEX Charitable Foundation committee from 1992-2003.
Boyd holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
