Mark Pengelly is a London-based journalist. He is editor of Energy Risk from Incisive Media.[1][2]
Background[edit]
Pengelly moved into his current position as acting editor of Energy Risk in October of 2012. Prior to that, he had been the US editor of Risk magazine from 2010 to 2012. Pengelly was a staff writer and reporter on Risk magazine from 2006 to 2010.
Education[edit]
He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Queen's University Belfast in politics. He also holds a certificate in American business practices from Baker University.
