The company was founded in 2007 by three former executives at ICAP/EBS - [[James Sinclair, who was head of research and strategy for ICAP Electronic Broking, Darren Jer, who was its head of new business sales, and Ed Howorka, who was the original architect of the EBS system and later its CTO.[2]
Products and Services[edit]
MarketFactory's main product is the "Whisperer," a single API that connects to all sources of liquidity in the foreign exchange market, including ECNs, futures exchanges, and bank feeds.
