Russ Cotton
Russ Cotton is chief operating officer at Trading Technologies. He was named to the position in October 2019 and is responsible for managing the site reliability engineering and global support teams. Prior to joining the firm, he served as vice president of operations at the Intercontinental Exchange.[1] Background[edit]He worked in a number of capacities at ICE over 12-years, including manager of systems operations, director, systems operations, senior director, systems operations and vice president of operations. Prior to ICE, Cotton served in a number of operations roles over his career including Morgan Stanley as an integration engineer and CQG as a network planning analyst and systems administrator.
