Shawn Sullivan is a managing director of Credit Suisse in the prime services group within the investment banking division, based in New York. He is the head of prime services trading with global responsibility for the Credit Suisse securities lending and swaps platforms.
In 2009, he served as a panelist in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Securities Lending and Short Sale Roundtable.
Background[edit]
Sullivan joined Credit Suisse in April 2001 from UBS Warburg where he was an executive director in U.S. repo trading and equity lending. Prior to that, Sullivan worked at Lehman Brothers for nine years in the prime brokerage group.
