Yi Huiman is chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and Secretary of the CPC CSRC Committee, positions he has held since January 26, 2019. A career banker, he joined the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) in January 1985 and held various positions in the bank’s branches and headquarters. Yi assumed office as Chairman of Board, ICBC and Secretary of CPC ICBC Committee in May 2016.
